PC lenses are formed from polymerization carbonate crystals, and they belong to thermoplastic materials. It has excellent properties: impact resistant, high strength, light weight, thin lenses, good visual quality, anti-reflective, and anti-radiation. So, thinking from the performance, safety, practicality, comfort, and environmental protection, PC lens will be the dominant lenses of the 21st century.

Dongbao Optical owns a full set of advanced thermal plastic lenses for PCs production, and imported polycarbonate as raw material. After more than 2 years hard work, we have successfully settled the scratch and stress problems by independent R&D. Moreover, we have developed the stress-free PC lens which is fully in compliance with international standards. At the same time, we have developed the intensify function so that the surface of PC lens can take over 1,000 grams scratch. Dongbao Optical is the first manufacturer in mainland China who can produce PC lenses without stress. Now, our production capacity has reached at 6 million pieces per year.

Our company is also an ISO certified company and our products have been tested to be in conformity with both CE and FDA standards related.
